10.06.2013Testsieger.de rewards outstanding test resultsDream Multimedia, the leading provider of Linux-based set-top boxes, has been awarded the gold seal as a Premium Producer in the category „Receivers“ by the information platform Testsieger.de (German test winners).Testsieger.de has evaluated more than 30.000 test reports for the past year, and has analysed the individual results. Factors included in the analysis include test ratings, expert opinions and customer ratings „Our objective is to make it easier for consumers to make a purchase decision. In order to provide more transparency in the market, we award our gold seal for Premium Producers to the very best producers“, is the comment on the results by Thomas Kimmel, head of product management at Testsieger.de.Testsieger.de awards the title of Premium Producer to companies whose products achieve an above-average representation in tests, and whose products are in all cases awarded at least a recognition, on average, as being „good“. In addition, the products must achieve an above-average level of good ratings by customers.„In the tests evaluated, the Dream receivers particularly impressed us based on their comprehensive specification and their very good picture quality. We are pleased that, as a result, we are able to recognize the Dream brand as a Premium Producer“, said Kimmel. Dream spokesperson Alpaslan Karasu added: „The Premium Producer seal in gold received from Testsieger.de once again proves the high quality of our Dreamboxes.“
