Bonjour à Tous,

J'ai un petit soucis avec une VU+Duo tout neuve, à mon habitude, j'ai flashé via USB avec un BH 1.6.2, pas de soucis, le flash a marché et la box m'a demandée de rebooter (ce que j'ai fait). Le premier reboot c'est bien passé et j'ai pu faire la config initiale.

Au reboot suivant la Vu est resté bloquée .... Au  reboot suivant elle a démarrée.
La nuit suivante, alors qu'elle était en veille, elle s'est plantée, l'affichage indiquait 2h35 alors qu'il était 9h00 et la box ne répondait plus. La j'ai commencé à me poser des questions.

J'ai alors sortie mon câble série et refait  un flash avec le nfi ,en me distant que c'était peut être un flsh plus poussé. mais cela n'a rien changé, la VU est aussi instable.

Peut-être commencer par flasher une autre image que la B.H ?
J'ai tous les droits, je suis chez moi.
Au moindre non-respect des règles, je vire les importuns.

Bonsoir,

En suivant tes conseils, j'ai essayé d'autres images (POD/VTI/Image officielle) c'est toujours la même chose, le flash marche tout le temps, mais ensuite, la box plante tout le temps. Je pense que c'est un problème physique. A mon avis, je suis bon pour un retour....

A quel stade se bloque t elle ? (qu'est ce qui s'affiche à l'écran)
As tu mis un disque dur ? si oui essaye sans...

Bonjour,

Elle ne se plante pas à un stade particulier, en suivant le boot via la console série, je vois que le plantage est aléatoire, par exemple, voici les traces de 3 reboot succéssif que je viens de faire à l'instant. L'image en flash est un BH dernière release, installée via USB.
(la box est vierge, pas de hdd, pas de clef USB)

  • Le Premier Boot ne donne rien à l'image

  • Deuxieme boot , il va un peut plus loin (logo de boot sur la tv) mais se bloque

le fait que chacun des 3 boots progressent un peut plus n'est qu'un cas particulier, elle boot de temps en temps complétement (pas encore depuis le flash) , je peux faire l'installation, voir mes chaines, et puis au boot suivant elle replante ou même si je la laisse en veille, elle va se bloquer au bout de quelques minutes (quelques étant variable)
Je n'ai jamais vu ce comportement et mon fournisseur non plus alors qu'il en a écoulé des milliers. Si l'un d'entre vous a rencontré ce type de problème je suis preneurs de la solution retenue . Sinon, elle va faire un aller simple (et peut être retour) au SAV

Effectivement on dirait une corruption de la partie flash en charge du boot, peut être défectueuse ?

Va falloir penser au SAV...
