Enhanced reset sequence for smartcard readers, so that some 'very-hard to reset cards' are supported. Now should be fine.
Fixed NDS EMM support [Stil in BETA / Require lot of tests]
Added emm blocker system. See configuration file for more details.
Fixed one bug on SECA EMM handling that caused some cards not to catch subscription rights
Added SECA SOFT ECM handling with twister 4 card support
